Okay lets begin!

New Project 650X200
Open up ur tube, i resize my dog to 200 to fit the banner, placed him in the middle. Than undid my resize and copy and pasted the bigger size to the right set the opacity to 65, dupe and mirror.

Found a Fat font and wrote glamourous out. Select all-float-defloat-colored red than used the filter muras-polkadots. Settings 0,0,0,255,172,46,5,139. Than apply eyecandy gradient glow -black size 3- twice. Than dragged layer to above the background. Pups in the background should be ontop. Right click go to properties, and select multiply on both.
Drew a White rectangle from the G to the S u want it small so its not overwhelming to the word. If its too long just trim it off with the eraser. Than i used a font called blueprint at size 9 but anything will do, i repeated the phrase "So If you aint got no money take yo'broke ass home" twice over. Found a cursive looking font to do pup. Than gradient glow-white, red, black.

Than went to the circle shape, placed my black color ontop so its just the line of the circle. Than selected the line to be diamonds at the top bar. Than drew 5 circles behind the word glamourous. Doesn't matter how u put them in there.
Click the top layer, go to new raster layer, fill black- select all- modify contract by 4, deselect. New raster, fill white-select all- modify contract by 2-deselect. Than another raster layer and do the black at 4 again.  Select the white layer and fill with hsb noise. And than pull the dog tube to the top.
Use a heart preset shape to do little hearts around the pup wordart.
Add your copyright info.

Now to animate

Hide all layers u just want the white and black circles showing. Copy merged to AS, control L to 27 layers,select all. Open simone-47 animation-select all-resize so the width is 650-drag to where the left size meets the end of the banner. Let go, view to make sure nothing its cut off on the banner. Than go back to psp and hide the layers u used. than unhide everything else, copy merged-bring to AS paste as a new animation-control L to 27 frames. Select ALL, drag to ur animated white banner. Than if u save in AS, than u will need to do ur name layer.

For the Avator i did all the same things, filled the background with red, did the polka dots, lowered the size of the dots, than applied hsb noise to the sunglasses, did 5 frames of the hsb noise.
