Open a new image 650x200

Paste ur close up tube to the left of the banner. Copy and paste ur tube just off to the side of her and apply effects-muras-copies-wallpaper default. Duplicate layer twice, on the bottom copy go to adjust-blur-radial blur. Go back to the second copy and right click- go to properties and apply screen to it.  Third (top duplicate) will apply the mask too, merge the mask as a group, than right click and properties-screen.

Paste tube again move to the right, should be a mirror of ur close up's direction. And right click properties to lumiance(legacy). I put radience on both the close up and the second smaller tube.
Now move into fonts i did a mercy, rotate left 90 degrees and placed it on the right side of the banner. Applied Screen to it, depending on the color is how well it will come out, i think i used a lighter purple for it to come out whitish.

Next were going to draw a heart preset shape and color it the color of ur background. I did purple, but if ur using a different tube u might wanna pick another shade. Than go to effects, and use eyecandy4000- hsb noise. Write in plain black Mercy in the middle somewhere. Than i drew a oval around it, colored it a light purple, than rastered the layer. Highlighted, copy, paste as a new image and resized about 50 more pixels than it was. Copy and paste back to ur banner and place behind the lighter shade text.

Than highlight ur top layer, create new raster, flood fill with the colors u choose to do the text with. One or the other, darker will show the effect im going to do better. Remember new Raster layer, fill with color, select all, modify, contract 4-2-4 with ur layers. Than select ur outter layer and apply effects- penta.com-dots and cross. Than select the inner border, apply penta.com-jeans- settings 33-10.

Simone's animation-32 has 40 frames, so i hide the top layers but make sure u keep the mercy to the right thats screened with the background otherwise it will sit ontop white not screened. Okay should have 6 layers open and the rest hidden. Now click on the copies layer that u did nothing too, go to effects-eyecandy4000- hsb noise. Apply these settings- 52/28/52/0/58.12/14.27. Apply effect, copy merged and paste in AS. Go back to psp undo hsb noise and redo with random speed. Copy merged and right click on the first paste and paste after the image.  Than repeat until u have 5 frames, than click on the last, hold shift go to the front and click on the first frame, it should select them all right click the first frame and copy than go to the last frame and hit paste after the image. Than go back to the end and right click paste after image. Do this Til u have 40 frames. Select all and set aside.
Than go back to psp, and hide those that are showing and open the ones u had hidden. Copy merged and paste in AS, control L til u have 40. Select all and set aside. Open simone's animation, select all  and i resized to 500 wide and dragged to the background banner, preview til its centered okay. Than take ur top layers drag them over to ur background. Save as- your done.

For the ava i just copyed the close up into the 150x150 new image and hide the top layers and copy merged of the background and paste. Did the same border effects, just re-versed the colors. Added my copyright and name. I used Panam Text for the font for the name.
